Community Worship

Harp and Bowl

Join us and a number of churches from the Kennebec Valley region to share prayer and worship. “Harp and Bowl” is a type of worship patterned after Revelation 5:8;

And when he had taken it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

The “harp” represents the worship music and song we share and the “bowl” represents our prayers, continually rising up to the throne of our Lord like the sweet scent of incense.
Services are hosted among the participating churches on a rotating basis, so watch the calendar and “Upcoming Events” for the next time and location.
