Deaf
ECF hosts a flourishing ministry to the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. Pastor Stephen Gagnon, his wife Susan, and several other members of the deaf community are linking arms with Elim Christian Fellowship in response to the Holy Spirit’s clarion call to unity in the body of Christ, desiring to see the hearing and the deaf cultures serve the Lord as one.
